Full payment is due upon booking. Cancellations: More than 90 days prior to the hunt: Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Within 90 days of the hunt: No refund for cancellations within this period. We understand emergencies arise and will work with you to find a future date, subject to availability. No-shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled hunt without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Border Issues: If you cannot make it into Canada due to a criminal record or DUI, there will be no refunds issued. Weather Conditions: We are committed to providing an exceptional hunting experience, but in rare cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your trip. In these cases, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered. Transfer of Bookings: You may transfer your reservation to another person, provided you notify us in writing at least 60 days prior to the trip.
